Aimbridge Hospitality expands its portfolio: renovated Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive emerges as a flagship U.S. resort

Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s largest third-party hotel operator, has welcomed the Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort by IHG as the newest addition to its rapidly expanding Aimbridge All-Inclusive division launched in August 2025. Located in Port St. Lucie on Florida’s Treasure Coast, the 335-room property becomes the first U.S.-based all-inclusive resort in Aimbridge’s portfolio, marking a milestone in the company’s strategic growth.
A $50 million renovation and transition into IHG’s premium Voco brand
Owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, LLC and managed by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners, the resort is undergoing a $50 million capital renovation while transitioning into the Voco Hotels brand — one of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ fastest-growing premium flags. The first phase of renovation is expected to be completed in early 2026, aligning with spring break and the start of the summer season.
As the brand’s first all-inclusive resort in the Americas, Voco Sandpiper will offer a family-focused and sports-inspired environment centered around food, outdoor activities and scenic coastal landscapes. The all-inclusive model will include meals, drinks, entertainment and daily programs under a single price for maximum guest convenience.
New rooms, upgraded suites and enhanced dining concepts
Guests will experience fully renovated rooms and suites alongside an expanded F&B program featuring more than six new dining and beverage concepts. Highlights include Riverside Market showcasing global flavors at à la minute cooking stations, a sports bar, a pool bar, two container-based culinary concepts and several specialty restaurants. Aimbridge’s Taste & Theory team, known for innovative culinary development, is leading the transformation.
Expanded sports, recreation and leisure facilities
The revitalized resort will offer an extensive sports and entertainment program with arcade games, a reimagined recreation center, a modern fitness studio equipped with Peloton and Life Fitness machines, a wide range of water sports and a full-service yacht club. Guests will also have access to tennis, soccer, pickleball and additional activities through RPS Academy — a premier sports organization adjacent to the property. Several pools and expanded event facilities further strengthen the resort’s offering.
Aimbridge All-Inclusive: integrated operations and stronger investment returns
Aimbridge’s all-inclusive division fully integrates operations, commercial strategy and guest experience, leveraging strong brand partnerships and regional expertise across global markets. This platform positions the company to capture growing demand for curated, premium all-inclusive travel experiences while maximizing investor returns.
Prime location and strong group travel appeal
Situated just 45 minutes north of Palm Beach and within two hours of four major international airports, Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive is ideally located for both leisure travelers and business groups. With more than 18,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, outdoor event areas and a ballroom accommodating up to 360 guests, the resort is designed for conferences, weddings and corporate retreats.
Specialists at International Investment believe that Aimbridge’s expansion through properties such as Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive reflects the emergence of a new model of global hotel management. The company is simultaneously strengthening its position in the United States while expanding its footprint in fast-growing international destinations, such as Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio in Georgia. In doing so, Aimbridge is building a well-balanced portfolio of premium resorts.
Experts emphasize that the combination of large-scale investment, strong brands and operational expertise positions Aimbridge as one of the key players capable of shaping the future of the all-inclusive segment in both North America and Eurasia. Resorts under its management may become benchmarks for the competitive hospitality industry, raising international quality standards and creating new growth points on the global tourism map.
Demand for premium all-inclusive resorts with predictable pricing continues to rise. Experts note that the combination of Aimbridge’s powerful operational platform, the capital renovation program and IHG’s strong branding creates the conditions for a flagship product capable of competing with the leading all-inclusive destinations of the Caribbean and Mexico. The resort may become a reference point for the further development of the segment in North America.
