Tbilisi to Host International Real Estate Forum Bringing Together Representatives from 16 Countries

In November, Tbilisi will welcome representatives of the international real estate market. On 17–19 November, the capital will host REALTY FORUM TBILISI INVEST 2026, where, according to the organizers, over 2 000 participants from 16 countries are expected to attend.

The key themes of the forum will focus on investment trends in the real estate market, international capital flows, the development sector's growth, and investment portfolio management.

The event will bring together investors, developers, construction companies, real estate agency representatives, and international brokers.

According to the organizers, the forum aims to deepen business connections between participants from various markets and showcase new investment opportunities.

The three-day agenda includes discussions on international market prospects, financial models for investment projects, risk management, and capital allocation. Special attention will be paid to the investment potential of Georgia and Tbilisi.

The forum's program also features an investment tour of Tbilisi, giving participants the opportunity to explore selected development projects on-site. The event will additionally host the New Development Expo, a new-build exhibition where organizers announce special offers and discounts of up to 30%.
